Het Kompas in Loosdrecht, phase II

Part two of this fantastic project is progressing well! Here too, Reggehout was our customer for the FSC®100% certified Cloeziana piles. We supplied 500 piles with diameters of 17 and 19 cm and lengths of 6.0–8.0 m. We are proud of this wonderful project.

This project will be developed on a headland that will protrude widely (140 m) into the 1st Loosdrechtse Plas, from the heart of Loosdrecht on the site of the former restaurant 'Het Kompas'.

All homes are located directly on the 1st Loosdrechtse Plas or the Vuntusplas and have a wooden terrace with private jetty and extra berth (box) in the private harbour with a minimum size of 8 x 3 m.
