Fast-growing, heavy timber, long-term storage. Thanks to their rapid growth rate, our eucalyptus plantations in South Africa sequester large amounts of CO₂ in a short space of time. The heavy timber – Cloeziana weighs approximately 700 kg per cubic metre – sequesters a significant amount of carbon per pole. When used in hydraulic engineering, that carbon remains stored below the water table for over a hundred years, whilst replanting in our FSC®100% certified plantations continues the cycle.

Our sawn timber is available in various dimensions and grades. We supply it as planks or solid square sections. The timber is air-dried (20 per cent moisture content) and suitable for a wide range of applications in construction and finishing.
